NOTE: Below the villa there is a small studio for one person, which is occasionally occupied by my son. The studio has its own private entrance and is not connected to the villa in any way, so the pool and the villa are exclusively for guests of LUMA.

The price includes 10 kWh of electricity per person per day, which is usually more than enough. Any additional usage is charged at €0.50 per kWh and settled with the security deposit.
